The operator of SpiceVidsGay is not the producer (whether primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the content found on SpiceVidsGay. The operator’s activities, with respect to such content, are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of audiovisual depictions provided by third party content partners.
Please direct any request you may have regarding §2257 records in relation to any content found on SpiceVidsGay, directly to the respective producer or studio of the content (“Content Partner”).
SpiceVidsGay abides by the following strict compliance procedures regarding uploaded content:
- Every Content Partner attests having obtained and retained records to demonstrate that every performer appearing in any uploaded content was eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the minimal age required by their State, jurisdiction or Country if more than 18 years old) at the time of the recording or production of the content.
- SpiceVidsGay ensures that every Content Partner, certifies that:
- All individuals appearing in the content were 18 years of age or old (or the minimal age required by their State, jurisdiction or Country if more than 18 years old); that they freely consented to appear in the content at the time of its production and agreed to its recording and distribution;
- as producer of said content, the Content Partner certifies being compliant with record keeping requirements under U.S.C. § 2257 for all uploaded content, and agrees to deliver such documentation to SpiceVidsGay promptly upon request;
- the content does not violate SpiceVidsGay’ Terms of Service, or any of its related policies namely but without limitation, its Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy, or Non-Consensual Content Policy.
